FL375 is an integrated small fluorescence spectrometer for the determination of advanced glycation end products (Advanced Glycation End-products,AGEs) in skin. It is equipped with 45ax 0 optical path design, using MEMS spectrometer, small size and high sensitivity. A built-in filter can filter out the interference of excited light. By using the post-spectroscopic technology, the spectrum is stable and reliable. The fluorescence spectrum of skin measured by < br/ > < br/ > FL375 was processed by algorithm to show the fluorescence value of skin (AF). The AF value means that the accumulation of AGEs in the body is calculated by automatically absorbing the fluorescence emitted by AGEs in human tissue. The higher the AF value, the higher the accumulation. Subjects can make early prediction and diagnosis of their physical condition (including possible diabetes, aging, etc.) based on the test data. < br/ > < br/ > AGEs accumulation in the body will cause a series of oxidative stress cascade reactions and inflammatory reactions, thus accelerate the aging of the human body and the occurrence and development of various diseases, such as diabetes and its complications, Alzheimer's disease, intestinal diseases, neurological diseases, cancer and so on.
